Welcome! I am a open-minded, caring, and energetic therapist with a background in treating a variety of mental health concerns. I have had my private practice for about 10 years. Prior to private practice, I was working in the substance abuse field and treated occurring disorders for 10 years. I love working with clients to identify and understand their strengths and how to use them to build a quality life with continued growth.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I’ll work with you to understand your experiences and help you move toward meaningful change. I value honesty, curiosity, and respect, and I’ll always meet you where you are emotionally and mentally.
