I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 10 years working as a mental health professional. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, anger management, depression, concentration/focus, & memory.
Hi there! My name is Alyssa Pratt, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) located in Carlisle, PA. I studied at Messiah University and earned a master's degree in Couple, Marriage & Family Therapy. I work primarily with children, youth, young adults, & families, and I specialize in trauma. It is an honor to help clients process the past in order to find healing for the future.
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationships, spirituality, body image, and life transitions. Much of my work has focused on supporting individuals affected by developmental and childhood trauma, survivors of sexual abuse, and those experiencing PTSD, helping them to navigate the complexities of healing and personal transformation.
Hi, I’m Elena. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over six years of experience working with adults across the lifespan. I have had the privilege of supporting people during some of their most difficult seasons as well as longer seasons of personal growth. Our work together often focuses on navigating anxiety, depression, executive challenges, grief, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and major life changes. I’m drawn to thoughtful, self-aware adults who are capable in many areas of life yet internally may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or overly self-critical.
I am a Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings. I am experienced in working with clients who have diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relational stress.
When I began seeing a therapist, I realized just how much I needed an outlet to process hardships in my life and to feel genuinely heard, and this is exactly what I want to provide to clients who come to see me. As I have advanced in my own self-discovery and identity exploration, I have become interested in helping others in the LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent (specifically autism and ADHD), and disability communities on their own journeys. I believe that having lived experience related to my specialties is a fundamental component to the care I can provide.
As a licensed therapist, I can provide clear guidance towards healing for women and children suffering the effects of traumatic wounds and other life challenges. I have combined years as an educator with rich training and experience in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure to gently and firmly help my clients regain their freedom, their voice and their joy. I can help you achieve your goals as you take steps towards your own healing. I have a bachelor's in teaching from Bloomsburg University, a master's in Reading from SUNY Cortland, and a master's in Mental Health Therapy from Messiah University.
