I approach therapy, like life, mindfully one step at a time. This is your life, your story, together we will work on gaining understanding of how you have responded, coped, and where you want to be. I will support you in how you want to develop a healthy growth to meet goals to be your best self, change patterns, gain techniques for change, and love the steps you make to meet the goals you want to achieve. Therapy may bring uncomfortable feelings, it can also be exciting, we will approach these feelings together!

If you do not see availability please contact me directly, we will work out a time as I am available none traditional business hours. Late/overnight times available for month to month commitments. International individuals are welcome. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this exciting time! I look forward to meeting with you, Jessica
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in the mental health field, providing individual therapy and case management support. My style as a therapist is relaxed, easygoing, and approachable, creating a space where clients feel comfortable opening up. I have a strong preference for working with adolescents and teenagers, though I also enjoy supporting adults in their therapeutic journey. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I bring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity to my practice. My professional background includes roles as Clinical Therapist, Lead Intake Specialist, and Clinical Supervisor, along with internship experiences at Children’s Home Society and ARC of South Florida, where I gained valuable skills in case management, child safety planning, and community resource support.
For the past five years, I have dedicated my practice to serving the Veteran community. This work has given me deep insight into the resilience of the human spirit and the specialized care required to treat the "invisible wounds" of service. Whether you are a Veteran or a civilian navigating past trauma, I provide a grounded, expert-led space to help you move from surviving to thriving. My background as a researcher and author provides me with a unique lens on how the brain works. I am a mental health advocate, have led large-scale government-funded grants on the brain, and hosted regular mental health segments on FCN and WJXT
