I believe in empowering people to take charge of their own present and future lives. Generally, when you seek therapy, you are overwhelmed and ready to change. I believe you have it within yourself to make sense of your life, focus on creating the life you desire, and feel in control. I use strength and solution-based, client -centered psychotherapy. I am nonjudgmental, compassionate, and have a sense of humor. Regardless of the weight of therapy, we will also laugh!
I am easy to talk to. I will help you feel safe and comfortable as you discuss your concerns. I have a good sense of humor. The majority of people I work with find the help they are looking for. If I don't think I can help you, I will let you know and help you transition to someone who may be better suited to your needs.
